Here there is enough reduction to mask the nuances of the underlying fruit so I would suggest giving this some air first. Much like the Pucelles there is a suave and succulent mouthfeel to the medium weight flavors that are more tightly wound on the sappy, tension filled and strikingly persistent finale. This is unusually well detailed and while its not exactly chiseled, it
