The grapes were picked on the 9th of October. The fruit was very clean and displayed good ripeness levels in both sugars and flavours. Following whole bunch pressing the grapes, were fermented at a cool temperature to preserve the fresh, fruit forward aromas. After a short period of lees aging, the wine was filtered and
