Ford introduced Fiesta Mark VI back in 2008, and this car became one of the most successful market models, including in the United States. Now, after four years of stay in the market, the car is preparing for the first facial lifting. Although it will be insignificant, it will still refresh Fiesta.
As part of the facelift, the car will receive new headlights with LED daytime running lights, a new bumper and a hood of a changed shape.
Several small changes will be under the hood where Ford will place a new 1.0-liter three-cylinder EcoBoost engine, which produces about 80 horsepower. This power unit was first shown in the compact MPV – B -MAX. In the US market, the car will be offered with the usual 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine, which produces 119 horse forces and 147 Newton meters of torque.
The updated Ford Fiesta should debut closer to the end of the year. Strate Sales is appointed at the beginning of 2013. The company’s management in such a course hopes to increase its share in the market, which has been in a constant stage of growth for several years.
