The new Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class has only recently been presented at the International Motor Show in Detroit. The next in the CLS line is a version of the station wagon, which has recently been tested by the German automaker. But that’s not all.
Four-door compartment forms down down the class staircase. Very soon the world will see a similar car built on the basis of B-Class.
Spy photographs, as well as pictures of the prototype, have formed a pretty good idea of how the entry -level sedan in the body will look like. The final type was obtained by digital processing of available data.
The compact sedan, which, apparently, will be called CLC or BLS, is built on the basis of the next generation of B-Class, currently undergoing testing on European roads. Recall that the car is based on the new modular platform Mercedes-Benz Modular Front Architecture (MFA).
According to rumors, Mercedes CLC/BLS should debut at the New York Motor Show in April this year.
