For the first time, synthetic oils were not developed at all for cars. Airplanes needed them, the engines of which could not be launched at extremely low temperatures if the minerals familiar to everyone were used. The latter froze corny. Thus, scientists faced the task of developing a substance with a completely different basis, the molecular structure of which would allow to withstand severe frosts. As a result of the experiments, synthetic motor oils were born, demonstrating high stability not only at low, but also at high temperatures. Since then, they are no less popular goods than the branded spare parts of the Hundai and original accessories for other foreign cars.
Synthetic oils are made by synthesis of organic molecules. Depending on what are their components, they are divided into various types: ethereal, hydrocarbon, polyorganicolsan, polyalalcalec gagloen -zero, isparafin, chlorfor -containing and others. In general, all of them have a number of similar advantages over mineral oils. In particular, synthetic products retain their properties for much longer during operation. In addition, they have ideal viscosity parameters necessary for use in modern engines. Even the highest quality mineral analogues are not able to satisfy their requirements. And therefore, the replacement of synthetic oils most often becomes part of the measures that the regular service of the Hundai and other popular foreign cars requires. It is also important that synthetic ones have greater fluidity, which helps to reduce fuel consumption. They are also more struts to the effects of radiation and are not so actively evaporated.
But is it always, despite their positive characteristics, it is appropriate and advisable to use synthetic motor oils? No. Moreover, sometimes it is not even desirable. For example, you will achieve the opposite effect when using them on a car, which is equipped with a solid mileage engine. In addition, it is actually useless to use synthetic oil, if in your region the temperature does not drop to – 40 in winter and does not last at a mark of + 50 in the summer. You just won’t feel its advantages. How only synthetics will have to be changed less often than mineral.
