At times Porsche produces really very interesting modifications of its 911st model. One of them is considered GT3, which received the love of hardcore drivers.
The car, presented in 1999 as modification of 996, has always been equipped with a six -cylinder engine with a turbocharger. He was based on the Racer GT1, had a manual gearbox, a sports suspension and an ascetic salon.

The previous version received positive estimates from the press and owners, so Porsche decided to release a new modification. The new car was traveled out by our spy photographers during testing in cold weather in Sweden.
991 GT3 will receive the same wheelbase as ordinary Carrera and Carrera S. The novelty will differ in a wider front track. GT3 can boast of a retractable anti -wing. This can be seen in spy photographs.
The engine power will be about 500 horsepower, which is close enough to 997 GT3 RS 4.0. In addition, the car will be offered only with one gearbox. And the most amazing thing is that it is most likely a seven -speed PDK box with double clutch, not a “mechanic”.
