UZ-Daewoo will release the latest class sedan on the market from this summer of this year. This information was shared by Igor Davydov, the executive director of the Russian representative office of the company.
The new car will be available with power plants with a lot – from 1.6 to 1.8 liters. Davydov also noted that the company continues to comply with the strategy of “conservative pricing policy”. This is what gives reason to assume that the sedan is most likely not very expensive.
A little earlier, it was reported that Daewoo is developing a new car for the Russian Federation. Probably, the car will not be developed from the clean sheet, but will be assembled on the basis of the now already manufactured car. It can be assumed that the donor’s place will take Lacetti, which is now sold under the Chevrolet brand.
Recall that in addition to the new C-class to Russia, the company will also bring the updated version of the Nexia model. The restyled version will receive a new steering column, additional airbags and ESP/ ABS systems.
