You know that the muscles of the face (facial) can also be trained. These muscles will make the skin smooth from the inside. There is a set of exercises designed specifically for these muscles. Performing it daily, in a couple of weeks you can notice positive shifts!
Smooth face exercises:
Before the start of the set of exercises, the face should be wiped with a piece of ice or frozen decoction of herbs – chamomile, series, oregano. Then you need to sit in front of the mirror and start “training”. Repeat each exercise at least five times.
The first exercise. The lower lip must be moved first to the right and down, then left and down. You can’t move the upper lip, follow this. This exercise will help train the muscles located on the neck and chin.

Exercise fifth. Put the elbows on the table, the chin of healing with fists. Create your hands resistance chin. The chin strive to press to the chest.
Exercise sixth. Pull forward alternately, and then put the lower lip inside. If you feel the stress of the cheeks, then the exercise is performed correctly.
The seventh exercise. Open your mouth wide, pronounce the expressively vowels of the alphabet. You need to do this very vigorously.
Exercise eighth. It will require a pencil or another narrow object that has an elongated shape. It must be clamped with your teeth and remove letters, numbers, circles in the air. This exercise will help get rid of nasolabial folds.
How to make a smooth face?
Exercise ninth. Close your lips tightly, pull them out as if you are going to kiss someone. Then stretch your lips in a wide smile.
These exercises perfectly warm up the facial muscles, the skin becomes more susceptible to the action of cosmetic components of creams, oils, fluids. Therefore, they are perfectly performed in the evening, and then apply the cream. However, these exercises are also beautiful in that they can be performed even at the workplace!
