How to make sound insulation of VAZ 2105 with your own hands

The following tools will be required to carry out the work: a sharp boot knife, a heat gun or a construction hair dryer, scissors, a marker, a spatula, a thin brush and roulette. From the materials we acquire: sound insulation of stizol, vibrooplast m2, solvent 646 for degreasing surfaces (gasoline can be used) and bitumen or shale mastic.
Before making the sound insulation of the VAZ 2105, it is necessary to disassemble the car interior and it is better to carry out this work together with an assistant who has experience in this matter. We dismantle the driver and passenger chair from the car interior, remove the back and seat of the rear sofa, remove the flooring, the ceiling and door panels. Laying stizol should be carried out without leaving unprotected areas. The next step in the work will be the installation of all dismantled details of the interior of the car. After this work on the noise insulation of the VAZ 2105 car can be considered completed. With proper work, the noise level in the machine will significantly decrease.
