How to protect the car from theft?

Currently, the car has already become a luxury, but by the usual means of movement. Therefore, more and more cars appear on the streets of the city. This is of course good, but there is also the reverse side of the medal.

Currently, the car has already become a luxury, but by the usual means of movement. Therefore, more and more cars appear on the streets of the city. This is of course good, but there is also the reverse side of the medal. Due to the fact that cars have become more accessible to customers, the number of theft has increased. How to protect your car from the theft we will consider in this article.

Dear foreign cars, such as BMW X6, Toyon Land Cruiser and others, are in great demand among hijackers. Also, “folk” cars can also get into this list. Stolen cars can be sold both entirely and spare parts.

It is worth noting that they are stolen primarily by those owners who neglect the elementary safety rules. Therefore, do not save on alarms and be sure to install. For example, you can install the Starline V62 alarm on your car, which will protect your car from theft.

If you set the alarm on your car, then you do not need to stick the stickers on the glass that are attached to it. After all, this will greatly simplify the task of hijackers.

In recent years, cases of car theft at traffic lights have become more frequent. While the red signal is burning, an unfamiliar person may approach you and ask, for example, to show the way. In this case, the driver lowers the side glass, which the attacker needs.

Taking advantage of the case, the hijacker throws a driver from the cabin and leaves for a green signal. This can be avoided if you fasten up the seat belt, in this case it will be much more difficult to throw out of the car. Also, do not hang a keychain from the alarm by the key, it is better to store it, for example, in the pocket of the trousers. In this case, if you are thrown out of the car, you can activate the alarm. Also, you should not completely lower the glass when an unfamiliar person approaches you.

If you stopped for a while and are going to get out of the car, then be sure to take the keys with you and close the doors, even if you moved for a couple of minutes. Even such a time is enough for theft.

Another good remedy against theft is an immobilizer – an anti -theft system that deprives a car of mobility. If you got a triggering alarm at night, then, turning it off, this system will save you. If you have the opportunity to take advantage of the guarded parking, then do not skimp, because from such parking the least is the car.
