Today, the Korean company Kia Motors is one of the ten undeniable sales leaders, this plant regularly feels its fans with new, bright, memorable projects, surprises amazing achievements, both technical and design. Currently, the company is full of new bold ideas and intriguing projects. And how the history of this auto industry began?
It all began in 1944, when a group of enterprising young people opened an enterprise for the production of bicycles. A little later, the company took up the production of motorcycles, on this for many years the area of tasks was limited and limited. There could not even be a speech about the production of cars: the company’s budget was not great, and the economic situation in the country did not allow to think about such luxury.
In the 50s, the company produces very interesting vehicles, a kind of alloy of a motorcycle, carts and a first car car. This was aesthetically pleasing, but extremely unstable, and yet, despite numerous flaws, this unit was in mass demand, first of all, thanks to a democratic price, in the second, due to the lack of competition in the Korea transport market.
Everything has changed only from the beginning of the 70s, when other people come to the leadership, more energetic, not accepting conservative views. They are decided on a responsible step, launch a new branch of activity, auto industry. Soon the necessary contracts were signed, and first, under the license of other enterprises, and after already on its own developments, Kia begins to assemble cars and trucks.
Year from year Kia rose higher in its skill. And now, already in the nineties, the leaders are being knocked out, making serious competition to such legends of the world auto industry as Toyota, Mercedes, Volvo and others.
Currently, the Kia concern is preparing to launch a number of excellent projects, all KIA configurations surprise with rich equipment, aesthetic type and high degree of safety. For two decades, the plant has been practiced in different directions: SUVs, Sedans, hatchbacks, station wagons, low -commissions and minivans. Koreans put all their skills into each project, so each car has its own highlight, only its inherent energy. Koreans still keep some ideas secretly, keep intrigue, a bedspread of secrets, which will be removed only in 2015.
